Description:
Seven Pieces is a sculptural series that examines facets of the human condition through hyperreal constructions. Each work isolates a single state—anticipation, sacrifice, tragedy, the unknown, aging, home, and elation—and embeds it within a physical form. Materials are selected for their capacity to hold tension: the fragility of membranes, the weight of wood, the compression of fabric, the accumulation of time on natural surfaces. The series functions as a study in how emotional states can be translated into spatial and tactile structures, inviting viewers to encounter these conditions not as symbols but as material experiences.
